Job Title: Accounts executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our Manufacturing and Construction business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, inventory accounting, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience in Tally Prime 9.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime 9.

• Maintain books of accounts, general ledger, and journal entries.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis for management.

• Maintain inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and fixed asset registers.

• Monitor project-wise costing, job costing, and expense tracking for construction projects.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Accountant executive.

• Experience in the Manufacturing and/or Construction industry.

• Strong proficiency in Tally Prime 9 and Microsoft Excel.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, inventory accounting, and financial reporting.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in project accounting and cost control.

• Knowledge of inventory management and production accounting.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and leadership abilities.
