Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, billing and taxation-related activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, GST and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle sales, purchase entries, invoices, vouchers and billing.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Maintain ledgers, journal entries and bank reconciliation statements.

• Handle GST entries, GST returns and TDS-related documentation.

• Monitor expenses and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports and statements.

• Assist in preparing balance sheets and profit & loss statements.

• Coordinate with banks, vendors, clients and auditors.

• Manage payroll-related accounting and employee expense records, as required.

• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in Tally / Busy accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing and taxation.

• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, ledgers and financial statements.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and time management.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
