Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and working knowledge of IndiaMART. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling invoicing and GST compliance, and supporting lead and order management through the IndiaMART platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Record and reconcile sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Handle customer and vendor account reconciliations.

• Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding IndiaMART leads, quotations, and order processing.

• Maintain product listings and update company information on IndiaMART as required.

• Support inventory and stock accounting activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Working knowledge of IndiaMART lead management and inquiry handling.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation requirements.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in trading, manufacturing, or distribution businesses.

• Familiarity with inventory management and stock reconciliation.

• Knowledge of e-invoicing and e-way bill generation.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
