💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 Days Working)

📋 Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in invoicing, GST compliance, reconciliation, and accounting entries. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting processes is mandatory.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate and manage AR Invoices

✅ Handle E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill processes

✅ Maintain and record Bank Entries

✅ Process and book Purchase Invoices

✅ Working knowledge of PI (Purchase Invoice), PO (Purchase Order) & SO (Sales Order)

✅ Manage TDS calculations and entries

✅ Perform Ledger Reconciliation

✅ Assist in GST Filing (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) – Added Advantage

✅ Support during Internal & External Audits

✅ Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Office

✅ Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

📚 Good understanding of GST, TDS & accounting principles

💻 Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office

🧾 Knowledge of accounting software

📊 Strong analytical & reconciliation skills

🤝 Good communication & coordination abilities
