Position: Basic Level Accountant
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Basic Level Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting support, CRM operations, cashier activities, and basic financial transactions at our Najafgarh branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily cashier activities and cash transactions.

• Manage fee collection, receipts, and basic payment records.

• Operate and update the company’s CRM system regularly.

• Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions.

• Handle basic accounting and data-entry activities.

• Reconcile daily cash and transaction records.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Coordinate with the branch team regarding fee collection and student-related financial records.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash handling.

• Good computer and data-entry skills.

• Comfortable working with CRM software.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Honest, responsible, and organized approach to work.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in B.Com / Commerce or a related field preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in accounting, cashier operations, fee collection, or CRM handling will be preferred.

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge and computer skills may also be considered.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Job Location: Aakash Institute, Najafgarh, New Delhi.
