Budget Monitoring: Tracks actual expenditures against the project budget to support cost control efforts. Compliance & Taxation: Ensures all site transactions comply with GST and local statutory tax requirements relevant to construction works. Treasury & Payroll: Manages site petty cash, bank reconciliations, and coordinates with the Project Admin for staff and labor payroll processing
1. Educational Background A Degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent) is mandatory. 2. Professional Experience Total Career Span: Minimum 5 years of professional work experience . Similar Experience: Minimum 2 years specifically in accounts or finance roles within a construction or MEP project environment. Sector Expertise: Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects involving multi-currency or government billing cycles is preferred. 3. Key Competencies Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP or SAP financial modules and standard accounting software. Analytical Skills: Ability to prepare financial exception reports and track project interdependencies related to cash flow . Communication: Professional proficiency in English for financial reporting and liaison with the CMRL Engineer
