Job Description – FINANCE Executive Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FINANCE Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate nancial records, ensuring statutory compliances, preparing audit data, and nalizing accounts with strong knowledge of Busy Accounting Software, GST & Income Tax laws, and advanced Excel skills. Key Responsibilities: Checking vouchers and accounting entries in Busy Accounting Software. Finalization of Books of Accounts, Tax Audit, and Stock Audit. Preparation of data for Income Tax & GST assessments. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Compilation and submission of data for Statutory Audit & Monthly Internal Audit. Preparation and nalization of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account. E-payment and compliance of statutory dues such as GST, EPFO challan, ESIC, and Advance Tax. Reconciliation of GST, TDS, Trade Payables, and Trade Receivables. Submission of Returns and issuance of statutory forms like Form 16, 16A, 16B. Supporting management in preparing financial reports and audit schedules. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in Busy Accounting Software. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Analysis). Practical exposure in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with clear understanding of legal aspects including ITC, RCM & Composition Scheme. Hands-on knowledge of TDS/TCS provisions & return filing under different sections (194Q, 194J, 194C, 194I, 192, 192A). Practical knowledge of AI tools for financial analysis and reconciliation with Form 26AS. Ability to prepare financial reports & MIS statements for management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills with attention to detail. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting. Professional certications like CA (Inter)/CMA (Inter) preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, and taxation. intrested candidates 7488426728
