Job Role: Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, proficiency in Tally Prime, and the ability to handle financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.

• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and financial discrepancies.

• Maintain and update records in Tally Prime software.

• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Support management in decision-making with accurate financial insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime software is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA qualification is a plus).
