Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team in Ulsoor, Bangalore. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of accounting and be well-versed in GST and TDS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements.

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely GST compliance.

• Handle TDS calculation, payment, returns, and compliance.

• Reconcile bank statements, GST, TDS, and other accounts.

• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Monitor receivables and payables.

• Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting and statutory compliance work.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of GST filing and compliance.

• Good knowledge of TDS filing and compliance.

• Strong practical experience in accounting.

• Good knowledge of Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliation.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Candidates with relevant practical accounting experience will be preferred.
