Accountant

We are hiring an Accountant / Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, GST, Income Tax Return Filing, TDS, and ROC/Company Incorporation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

• Maintain sales, purchase, bank, cash, journal, and ledger entries

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9)

• Handle GST reconciliation and Input Tax Credit (ITC)

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, and Companies

• Handle TDS calculations and TDS return filing (24Q, 26Q)

• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor/customer reconciliation

• Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet, P&L, and MIS reports

• Support in Company/LLP Incorporation and ROC/MCA compliance

• Work on AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, etc.

• Maintain proper accounting records and statutory documents

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Good hands-on experience in GST filing

• Good knowledge of Income Tax Return filing

• Knowledge of TDS return filing

• Basic to good knowledge of ROC/MCA filings and Company Incorporation

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel

• Experience in CA Firm / Tax Consultancy / Accounts Department preferred

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / Finance background preferred
