We are looking for an Accountant (Factory) to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records for factory operations
Handle purchase accounting and vendor reconciliation
Prepare production cost sheets and assist in cost analysis
Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledgers
Track factory expenses and support budget monitoring
Ensure proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and stock records
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA Finance
2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or factory operations
Knowledge of GST, TDS and inventory accounting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as SAP
Good analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with manufacturing cost accounting
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
