Tally cum Computer Operator is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting transactions, digital record-keeping, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment transactions in Tally.

• Invoice & Voucher Management: Generate customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and process vendor vouchers.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliation statements (BRS) to match ledger accounts with bank records.

• Data Entry & MIS Reporting: Maintain spreadsheets using Advanced MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and prepare daily/weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate inventory stock entries, tracking material movements and stock levels in Tally.

• Basic Taxation: Assist in gathering data for regulatory compliances like GST, TDS, and VAT documentation.

• System Maintenance & Admin Support: Manage digital files, execute regular data backups, handle emails, and ensure general data security.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Software Expertise: High proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Office Suite (specifically MS Excel and Word).

• Technical Skills: Fast and accurate alphanumeric typing speed, understanding of basic accounting principles, and data filing.

• Core Abilities: Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task under structured deadlines.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field is preferred. A diploma or certification in Tally/Computer Operations is highly advantageous.

• Experience: 0–3 years of experience as a data entry operator, accounts assistant, or clerk.
