Accountant

Accountant will responsible for managing and overseeing Accounts related activity across AARYA GROUP.  The responsibilities of an Accountant include keeping financial records up-to-date, Manage day to day accounting, Statutory compliance, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.

Key Responsibilities:  

·       Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts using Tally/ERP or internal applications (ledgers, cash/bank books).

·       Handle accounts payable/receivable: vendor bill booking, customer invoicing, debit/credit notes, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.

·       Verify party invoices, contact clients on transactions/invoices, and ensure timely collections.

·       Prepare/verify monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and account-wise ledgers for all group entities.

• ·       Compute taxes with updated knowledge; manage TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, payments, returns, and Form 16/16A issuance.

• ·       Ensure timely GST workings, input credit reconciliation, return preparation, and coordination with consultants for filing.

• ·       Prepare monthly trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

• ·       Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, variance analysis, and MIS reports for HOD.

• ·       Support payroll entries and statutory payments (PF/ESIC/PT).

• ·       Handle internal/external client audits: represent accurate reports and provide schedules/documents.

• ·       Maintain proper documentation/records for all transactions, agreements, and compliances (physical/digital formats).
