Job Title: Accountant/Account Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com preferred
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
*Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
*Prepare and verify invoices and bills.
*Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
*Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
*Assist in GST and e-invoice related work.
*Prepare GST data and assist with monthly/quarterly returns and Coordinate with CA.
*Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
*Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
*Prepare basic MIS, expense, and outstanding reports.
*Maintain proper accounting documents and records.
*Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills:
*1–2 years of experience in accounting.
*Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
*Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
*Good communication and numerical skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
