Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with all taxation and accounting standards.

You will handle bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and assist in preparing financial reports to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records
Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash
Generate monthly and yearly financial reports
Coordinate with auditors and management for accounting queries
Use accounting software such as Tally ERP / Busy Software/ MS Excel / QuickBooks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Good knowledge of Tally ERP, Busy, Excel, and accounting principles
Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
