💫We are authorized consultants‎ to‎ a company who‎ is‎ a leading global manufacturer of innovative additives, masterbatches, and customised solutions.

💼 Position: Accounts Executive – Purchase & Accounts ( 2 nos.)

📍 Location: Pawne, Navi Mumbai

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month

🎓 Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant qualification in Accounts & Finance

⭐ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Handling Purchase & Accounts-related activities

✅ Maintaining Petty Cash Vouchers and Records

✅ Maintaining Credit Card Statement Entries on a monthly basis

✅ Sending raw material rate enquiries and coordinating with suppliers

✅ Preparing & punching Purchase Orders in SAP & Tally

✅ Processing POs for Raw Material, Testing, Stationery, Machinery, etc.

✅ Following up with suppliers for Raw Material status and delivery

✅ Maintaining daily plant-wise Raw Material Excel records

✅ Maintaining Purchase Status reports on a daily basis

✅ Processing daily supplier and other payments

✅ Checking Transport Bills and coordinating payment processing

✅ Maintaining proper purchase invoices and supporting documents

📌 REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase & Accounts

• Hands-on experience in purchase-related accounting activities

• Good knowledge of SAP & Tally

• Strong MS Excel skills and documentation abilities

• Experience in handling supplier coordination and follow-ups

• Knowledge of invoice verification, payments and purchase records

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple purchase & accounts activities efficiently
