Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting transactions.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in accounting software.
Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
Monitor inventory accounting and stock-related transactions.
Process employee reimbursements and other payments.
Assist in GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliance.
Prepare and file GST returns and maintain GST records.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
