Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial record management. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
Prepare sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers.
Handle bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation.
Assist in GST billing, GST data preparation, and return filing coordination.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and reconcile accounts regularly.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and support management reporting.
Process employee reimbursements and other accounting documents.
Assist in statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
Support internal and external audits.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.
Salary
Salary will be offered as per experience and company standards.
