Position: Accounts ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting for our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.

• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.

• Process vendor invoices and customer receipts.

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash and bank transactions.

• Maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

• Verify purchase invoices with GRNs and supporting documents.

• Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.

• Assist in preparing monthly MIS and management reports.

• Coordinate with the Stores, Purchase, Production, and Logistics departments for accounting-related activities.

• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and records.

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com (preferred).

• Certification in Accounting, GST, or related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred).

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
