Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.

• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports.

• Maintain and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Manage GST-related documentation and support GST return preparation.

• Assist with TDS calculations, tax documentation, and statutory compliance.

• Maintain financial records using Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

• Prepare monthly reports and assist in financial statement preparation.

• Verify bills, receipts, payments, and supporting documents.

• Coordinate with management, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related matters.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant accounting qualification preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

• Familiarity with Tally Prime, MS Excel, and GST is preferred.

• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
