About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounts functions. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy, maintain financial records, follow up with clients on payments, and ensure proper data entry and file maintenance to support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting software or spreadsheets.
🔹 Maintain and organize accounting files, records, and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
🔹 Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices, payments, and account queries.
🔹 Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
🔹 Support reconciliation of accounts and ensure accuracy of ledgers and financial entries.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed for accounting matters.
🔹 Help prepare periodic reports and summaries for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Proficient in Excel and accounting/data entry tasks with high accuracy.
✔ Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain structured files and updated records.
✔ Good communication skills for client follow-up and internal coordination.
✔ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and comfort using accounting software.
✔ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with Zoho books, similar accounting platforms
