Maintain books of accounts, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and manage banking transactions.
Manage GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and ensure timely GST compliance.
Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain the general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss account, and balance sheet schedules.
Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities as required.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting records.
Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation for statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial procedures.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
