Role Purpose

Support audit, taxation, and compliance assignments while building strong practical exposure in startup advisory, MIS, and ERP-driven accounting—aligned with a modern “Digital CA” practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain books on Tally/ERP; voucher scrutiny, reconciliations, and ledger finalization.

  • Prepare MIS packs (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis) for SMEs/startups.

• GST & Direct Tax

  • Assist in GST registrations, returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), reconciliations, and notices.

  • Support ITR preparation for individuals and businesses; basic tax computations.

• Audit Support

  • Fieldwork for internal/statutory audits; working papers, documentation, and reporting assistance.

  • Exposure to risk-based audit approach (useful for assignments like your Gurgaon internal audit “reporting-only” mandates).

• Compliance & Startup Advisory

  • Company/LLP compliances, ROC filings, and documentation.

  • Support project financing data packs and scheme documentation (Startup India/MSME).

• Digital & Process Work

  • Work on ERP-based billing/accounting workflows under the Digital CA initiative.

  • Data hygiene, process checklists, and client coordination.

Eligibility

• CA Articleship candidate (IPCC/Inter cleared) or B.Com graduate pursuing CA/CMA.

• Working knowledge of Tally/Excel; strong attention to detail.

• Professional communication (Hindi & English).
