Job Title: Junior Accountant
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our professional team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in accounting and taxation while gaining practical exposure in a Chartered Accountancy firm. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and performance, along with excellent learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, payment entries, and bank reconciliations.
Support GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliance work.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.
Handle accounting using Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
Assist in audit assignments, documentation, and compliance reviews.
Coordinate with clients for accounting records and statutory information.
Visit client offices for accounting, audit, compliance, document collection, and other professional assignments as and when required.
Maintain proper financial records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform other accounting and taxation-related work assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred).
Experience: 0–1 year.
Basic knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.
Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary: ₹10,000–₹20,000 (In-Hand), based on knowledge and performance.
