अकाउंटेंट (आर्टिकलशिप)

The Account Executive will be responsible for leading the Accounts & Finance department, ensuring statutory compliance, financial reporting accuracy, and smooth coordination with auditors and tax consultants. The role demands strong expertise in GST, TDS, audits, and finalization of financial statements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Preparation and finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

• Budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Monitoring company cash flow and fund management.

2. GST Compliance

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).

• GST reconciliation with books of accounts.

• Handling GST notices and departmental queries.

• Ensuring proper input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation.

3. TDS Compliance

• Deduction and timely deposit of TDS as per Income Tax Act.

• Filing of quarterly TDS returns.

• Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A).

• TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS.

4. Audit & Taxation

• Coordination for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit.

• Preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.

• Liaison with external auditors and tax consultants.

• Ensuring compliance with Income Tax and Companies Act provisions.

5. Accounts & Team Management

• Supervision of day-to-day accounting activities.

• Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.

• Vendor & customer account management.

• Leading and mentoring the accounts team.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

• Experience in finalization of accounts and handling audits.

• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or other accounting software.

• Good analytical and leadership skills.

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

• Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.
