Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Ulwe, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and financial records.

Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records.

Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

Generate financial reports and MIS as required.

Coordinate with auditors and maintain accounting documentation.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Maintain accurate records using accounting software such as Tally.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of accounting principles.

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

Additional certification in Accounting/Tally will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1–3 years of experience in Accounts.

Experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
