Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations at the branch level, ensuring accurate financial records, timely billing, and smooth coordination of financial documentation related to transport and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer billing and invoice processing accurately and within timelines.

• Manage and maintain DSA-related documentation, ensuring proper coordination and record-keeping.

• Oversee office petty cash, including tracking expenses, maintaining records, and ensuring proper reconciliation.

• Maintain and update expense records in compliance with company policies.

• Support routine accounting activities such as data entry, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing and payment-related queries.

• Assist in audits and provide required financial data when needed.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts position within the transport or logistics sector is mandatory.

• Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in billing, petty cash, and documentation will be preferred.
