Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Executive to handle daily bank reconciliation activities, transaction matching, and discrepancy resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform daily bank reconciliation and transaction matching.
Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records.
Identify mismatches, discrepancies, and outstanding transactions.
Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports using MS Excel.
Perform data validation, filtering, sorting, and basic data analysis.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely closure of reconciliation items.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Bank Reconciliation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of banking and financial transactions.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months of experience in Bank Reconciliation or financial operations.
Candidates with relevant banking, finance, or reconciliation experience are preferred.
Freshers with relevant knowledge may be considered if they have practical Excel skills.
