Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and review balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain GST, TDS, and tax-related records where applicable.
Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding payments and billing issues.
Support audits by providing required financial documents and reports.
Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
Use accounting software for daily accounting operations.
