Job Overview-

1AN India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with strong knowledge of accounting operations and import/export processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and import/export documentation.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment records.

• Process and maintain import/export transactions and related documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

• Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.

• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments.

• Prepare MIS reports and financial reports.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits.

Required Skills-

• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.

• Experience in Import/Export Documentation and Transactions.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance.

• Good understanding of MS Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems (ERPNext/Frappe preferred).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications-

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.

Preferred Skills-

• Experience in Import/Export industry.

• ERPNext/Frappe experience.

• Knowledge of international trade documentation.
