Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage daily accounting operations, tax workings, compliance portals, and invoicing. The candidate must be highly proficient in Tally and strictly adhere to compliance and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately execute all purchase and sales bill entries in Tally.
Taxation & Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and manage daily/monthly workings for TDS and GST.
Income Tax Portal Management: Access the Income Tax website regularly to view/download Form 26AS and the Annual Information Statement (AIS) for reconciliation and compliance.
Invoicing: Draft and issue precise Proforma Invoices as per sales requirements.
Customer Portal Management: Timely uploading of finalized invoices and relevant documentation onto designated customer portals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Strictly 5+ years of practical work experience in core accounting.
Expert-level command over Tally (ERP 9 / Prime).

Thorough, up-to-date working knowledge of GST, TDS tax structures, and practical navigation of the Income Tax portal.
