Laptop Hardware Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Hardware Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related computer hardware. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware issues, replacing components, and ensuring devices function efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware problems.

• Repair or replace faulty components such as:

  • Motherboards

  • RAM

  • HDD/SSD

  • Keyboards

  • Screens

  • Batteries

  • Charging ports

  • Cooling fans

• Install and configure operating systems and drivers.

• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

• Handle chip-level troubleshooting (preferred).

• Maintain service records and repair documentation.

• Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and technical guidance.

• Test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality.

• Manage spare parts inventory and tools.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware architecture.

• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing laptops/desktops.

• Understanding of BIOS, drivers, and OS installation.

• Knowledge of soldering and chip-level repair is an advantage.

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and multimeters.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
