Laptop Hardware Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Laptop Hardware Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and related computer hardware. The candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware issues, replacing components, and ensuring devices function efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware problems.

Repair or replace faulty components such as:

Motherboards

RAM

HDD/SSD

Keyboards

Screens

Batteries

Charging ports

Cooling fans

Install and configure operating systems and drivers.

Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

Handle chip-level troubleshooting (preferred).

Maintain service records and repair documentation.

Coordinate with customers regarding repair status and technical guidance.

Test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality.

Manage spare parts inventory and tools.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of laptop hardware architecture.

Experience with troubleshooting and repairing laptops/desktops.

Understanding of BIOS, drivers, and OS installation.

Knowledge of soldering and chip-level repair is an advantage.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and multimeters.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Time management and problem-solving abilities.

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
