Job Description

  • Diagnose laptop hardware and software problems

  • Repair or replace parts (keyboard, screen, battery, hard drive, RAM, fan, etc.)

  • Install and update operating systems and software

  • Remove viruses and malware

  • Perform data backup and recovery (when possible)

  • Test laptops after repair to ensure proper functioning

  • Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers

  • Keep records of repairs and parts used

  • Knowledge of laptop hardware and components

  • Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills

  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux basics)
