JOB Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead and responsible for handling the team.
Update management on team performance, achievements, and any issues requiring attention.
Prepare regular daily/ weekly reports.
Ensure the team has the tools, materials, and support needed to complete tasks efficiently.
Target-oriented and energetic.
Good technical knowledge on Splicing, Fatbox checking, Wifi installation, managing the roosters,
Working experience in MS Excel
Local-area knowledge is an advantage.
Help team members develop their skills and support their professional growth.
Clearly communicate team objectives, roles, and performance standards.
Assign tasks based on team members' skills and ensure deadlines are met.
Encourage collaboration, maintain morale, and inspire team members to perform their best.
Good Technical knowledge on Install and configure routers at customer premises. Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity checks.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
