Technical Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for technically skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our Domestic Technical Voice Support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, basic computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

The role involves handling customer calls, identifying technical issues, providing step-by-step troubleshooting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.

• Previous experience in hardware troubleshooting or technical support is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.

• Understanding of Windows operating systems and basic software installation.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting system boot issues, hardware failures, and device connectivity problems.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical customers.

• Willingness to work in a domestic voice process environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and ticketing tools.
