Job Description

Technical Skills:

  • Desktop, Laptop troubleshooting (Hardware & Software)

  • Operating System installation and configuration (Windows 10, Windows 11)

  • Printer installation and troubleshooting (Network & USB printers)

  • Basic Network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)

  • Knowledge of MS Office installation and troubleshooting

  • Antivirus installation and issue resolution

  • Email configuration (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)

  • Basic knowledge of Server support (optional but preferred)

  • Remote support tools ka knowledge (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)

AMC Support Skills:

  • AMC call handling and onsite support

  • Preventive maintenance of IT equipment

  • Asset verification and reporting

Call report preparation and submission

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills

  • Client handling skills

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Time management

  • Professional behavior at client location

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in Desktop Support / Resident Engineer
