Experience: Fresher to 3 Years
Perform application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Provide end-user support including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue resolution.
Manage user and society creation, modification, and deletion in the system.
Offer BMC and portal support, including user account management.
Provide basic hardware support and resolve related technical issues.
Travel to client locations for on-site support, issue resolution, and software/hardware demonstrations.
