Project Supervisor

• Location: Mumbai (Preference for candidates already based here)

• Language: Fluent in English.

• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory

• Experience: 3-10 years of project management exp in structured cabling industry

• Education: ⁠12th/Any Graduate/Diploma/ BE/ - Electrical/Electronics

• Certifications:

• Design, Installation, testing from OEMs (preferred)

• PMP from PMI Institute (preferred)

• Tools: Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD, MS Visio

• Job Type: Full-time, Work from office or customer site

• Work Week: 6 days (Mon-Sat)

• Timings: India shift (9.30AM-6.30PM, can change based on project requirements)

Job Description

We seek dynamic and results-oriented Project Supervisor to join our growing team of 250 professionals to manage network cabling projects for Fortune 500 companies and Hyperscale Data Center clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Will be required to independently lead a team of tech/project resources for a time-bound project completion, handling of site dependencies, customer/PMC/Consultants' coordination, timely reporting and updates to stakeholders

2. Must have a proven Project Handling Track Record in large Structured Cabling projects with 2,000 - 5,000 nodes and Data Centres Infra

3. Should be able to lead a team of 20-40 technical staff and vendors

4. Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred

5. Should have basic knowledge of BIM models

6. Be willing to travel across India on short notice based on project requirements
