Operations Lead

We are looking for a highly independent and intelligent Technical Project Lead to spearhead onsite installations and service delivery for our primary brand, Mecturing, as well as other high-end IT brands in our portfolio. This is not a "desk job"—you will be the face of the company, ensuring projects are completed within TAT and with zero brand escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the installation of IP-based surveillance systems and network infrastructure (Fiber Optic/POE) from start to finish.

• Independent Operations: Work on your own intelligence to create site files, serial number logs, and technical documentation without needing data from the head office.

• Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and manage local sub-vendors across India (Nahata, Raigad, Vasai, etc.) to ensure labor is efficient and within budget.

• Profitability & TAT: Ensure 100% adherence to Turnaround Times (TAT). You are responsible for protecting project margins by minimizing material waste and optimizing logistics.

• Brand Firewall: Act as the primary contact for brand representatives (Mecturing and others). Resolve all onsite conflicts locally so that the management never receives an escalation call.

• Multi-Brand Flexibility: While Mecturing is the current priority, you will manage similar technical rollouts for our other partner brands as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Degree in IT, Hardware, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.

• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IP Camera installation, Networking, or Field Engineering.

• Technical Intelligence: Must be able to troubleshoot complex networking issues independently using your own research skills (manuals/forums).

• Management Mindset: Ability to negotiate with difficult site managers and sub-vendors to get the job done.

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi/English with a professional reporting style (providing solutions, not just problems).

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
