Role Overview We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented NOC Engineers (L1) to join our Network Operations Center in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for freshers or immediate joiners looking to build a career in network monitoring and satellite communication technologies.

Education: Diploma in Engineering or BE (ENTC) is required

Roles & Responsibilities

Network Monitoring: Monitor real-time network performance and identify connectivity issues or anomalies.

Incident Management: Respond to network-related incidents and service requests via ticketing systems, email, or phone.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues and escalate unresolved problems to higher technical teams.

Routine Maintenance: Perform routine checks on routers, switches, and access points to ensure stable operations.

Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of network activity and update troubleshooting steps for future reference.

Coordination: Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors for hardware replacements or service-level issues.

Technical & Core Skills

Mandatory: Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (IP Addressing, DNS/DHCP).

Technology: Knowledge of Gilat satellite communication systems is a major advantage.

Troubleshooting: Ability to identify IP conflicts and basic routing problems.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
