Mobile Chip-Level Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Chip-Level Technician / Mobile Motherboard Repair Technician to join our service team. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphone motherboard and hardware-level issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phone motherboard and chip-level issues

• Troubleshoot No Power, No Display, Charging, Booting and Dead Mobile problems

• Diagnose short circuits and power-section faults

• Perform IC-level and component-level motherboard repairs

• Work with Power IC, Charging IC, Audio IC, Network IC and other motherboard components

• Perform SMD component replacement, soldering and rework

• Handle jumper work, track repair and motherboard component replacement

• Perform connector, charging section and power circuit repairs

• Use multimeter, DC power supply, microscope, soldering station and hot air station

• Diagnose water-damaged and short-circuit motherboards

• Perform testing and quality checks after repair

• Coordinate with the service team and assist with difficult technical cases

Job Requirements

• 2–6+ years of hands-on experience in mobile chip-level/motherboard repair

• Strong practical knowledge of smartphone motherboard troubleshooting

• Good soldering, SMD rework and IC replacement skills

• Experience working with Android smartphones and/or iPhones is preferred

• Knowledge of schematics and boardview is an advantage

• Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex motherboard faults

• Strong practical troubleshooting skills

Minimum Qualification: Below 10th / ITI / Diploma / equivalent practical experience

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹70,000 per month, based on experience and technical skill

Location: Sriram Laptops And Mobiles Service Center

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with strong practical mobile chip-level and motherboard repair experience will be given priority.

Note: This is a technical repair role. Candidates with only mobile software, screen replacement, battery replacement or basic hardware replacement experience will not be considered for the chip-level technician position.
