Job Description – Field Technician (Router Installation)

Job Role

We are hiring Field Technicians to install and configure routers at customer locations. The role involves visiting assigned customer sites, completing installations, performing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth internet connectivity experience.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure Wi-Fi routers at customer premises.

Perform basic troubleshooting and connectivity checks.

Visit assigned customer locations as per the daily schedule.

Update installation status through the mobile app/reporting system.

Ensure timely completion of assigned installations.

Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification preferred.

Freshers with router installation knowledge can apply.

Basic understanding of networking, broadband, telecom, DTH, CCTV, or electrical work is preferred.

Must own a smartphone.

Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹25,000

Performance Incentive: ₹100 per installation for every device installed after completing 2 installations in a day.
