Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Microsoft 365 & Hybrid Environments

Lead Infrastructure Engineer (JAMF, Entra, M365) About You Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and hybrid identity models Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve high‑impact, enterprise‑level incidents end‑to‑end Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles, compliance requirements, and ITIL‑based processes Proficiency in scripting and automation, with PowerShell strongly preferred It would be great If you also had Experience with enterprise device and endpoint management platforms such as Intune or JAMF Exposure to vulnerability management, security tooling, and data governance platforms (e.g., Defender, Purview) Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, infrastructure‑as‑code, or multi‑cloud environments Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, or M365) or equivalent hands‑on expertise what you will be doing in this role Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on‑prem environments Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security Lead and execute change management activities including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to resolve enterprise‑wide challenges Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting operational excellence At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
