IT Technician / System & Network Administrator – Bengaluru

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Technician / System & Network Administrator to manage and support all IT-related systems, hardware, networking, laptops, desktops, software, and office technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, maintain, and repair laptops and desktop systems.
Handle LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity.
Configure and troubleshoot network and system-related issues.
Install and maintain Windows OS, applications, drivers, antivirus, and security software.
Manage user accounts, email IDs, system access, and permissions.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, and other IT systems.
Maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, accessories, and networking equipment.
Maintain proper records of IT assets, repairs, replacements, and system configurations.
Coordinate with Internet Service Providers, software vendors, hardware vendors, and other IT service providers.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
Provide IT support to employees at the Bengaluru office and project/site locations.
Support new employee onboarding, including laptop allocation, email creation, software installation, and system setup.
Ensure smooth functioning of the company's complete IT infrastructure.
Travel to project/site locations in Bengaluru whenever required.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware & Software.
Good knowledge of Networking and System Administration.
Hands-on experience with Laptop/Desktop troubleshooting.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi.
Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV and biometric systems.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support / System Administration / Network Support.
Preferred:
Candidates with hands-on experience managing complete office IT infrastructure will be preferred.
