Job Title: Laptop / Desktop Field Technician (Field Work)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Laptop / Desktop Field Technician who has basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting. The candidate will visit client locations to diagnose and fix laptop, desktop, printer, and basic network issues.

Responsibilities:

• Laptop & Desktop troubleshooting

• Hardware parts replacement (RAM, SSD, HDD, Keyboard, Battery etc.)

• Windows installation & basic software setup

• Printer installation & troubleshooting

• Basic network / LAN troubleshooting

• Visiting customer locations for service support

Requirements:

• Basic computer hardware knowledge

• Field work interest

• ITI / Diploma / Computer course preferred

• Two-wheeler preferred

• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn
