Key Responsibilities
● Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
● Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
● Assemble, upgrade, and repair computer systems.
● Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
● Support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
● Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
● Manage hardware inventory and asset records.
● Provide technical support to employees and clients.
● Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.
● Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
Required Qualifications
● Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science,
Electronics, or a related field.
● 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware support (or fresher with relevant skills).
● Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
● Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
● Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and basic server concepts.
● Strong analytical and communication skills.
