🎯 What You’ll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, servers, and networking equipment

• Handle LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations

• Install and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients

• Maintain system documentation and service reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for project implementation and support

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in hardware & networking support

• Strong knowledge of computers, servers, networking devices, and cabling

• Understanding of IP networking, CCTV, and biometric systems

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle field work and customer interaction

• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
