🎯 What You’ll Do

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, servers, and networking equipment
Handle LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and basic firewall configurations
Install and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric, and attendance systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Maintain system documentation and service reports
Coordinate with internal teams for project implementation and support

🧠 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in hardware & networking support
Strong knowledge of computers, servers, networking devices, and cabling
Understanding of IP networking, CCTV, and biometric systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle field work and customer interaction
Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
