Job Summary
Logo Line Enterprise is seeking a skilled and reliable Computer & Laptop Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software systems. You should have strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-focused approach to technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Install and configure operating systems (primarily Microsoft Windows) and essential software
Troubleshoot hardware issues including motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, and power supply
Perform virus removal and system optimization
Install and configure drivers, printers, scanners, and networking devices
Conduct data backup and recovery when required
Upgrade hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, and graphics cards
Maintain accurate service records and prepare repair reports
Provide both on-site and remote technical support to customers
Ensure proper testing and quality checks before delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and laptop components
Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting
Basic understanding of networking and internet configuration
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Familiarity with BIOS configuration and system drivers
