Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Computer & Laptop Service Engineer responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software systems. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and other required software.
Troubleshoot hardware issues like motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, and power supply.
Provide virus removal and system optimization.
Install and configure drivers, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
Perform data backup and recovery when required.
Upgrade hardware components like RAM, SSD, and graphics cards.
Maintain service records and prepare repair reports.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Ensure proper testing after repair before delivery.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and laptop components
Experience in Windows installation and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networking and internet configuration
Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly
Good customer communication skills
Basic knowledge of BIOS configuration and system drivers
