Job Description

Laptop Field Engineer

Location: Pune – Shivajinagar

Field l Support:

Provide onsite support for HP laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on IT equipment.

Replace faulty hardware components such as keyboards, batteries, RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboards, displays, adapters, and chargers.

Hardware Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot laptop boot issues, BSOD, overheating, and performance-related problems.

Perform hardware diagnostics using HP diagnostic tools.

Coordinate with HP support for warranty-related repairs and spare replacements.
